celebration of electromusic
and culture,
returns to Paris this month
on September 15. The parade
features 100 DJs travelling
on 20 floats, playing and
dancing to house, techno,
trance, hardcore and drum
and bass music. It is
organised by Technopol, an
association for ‘the defense,
recognition and promotion of
electro-culture’.

A sale of 60 tons of fruit and vegetables was held in Paris by
the agricultural trade union Modef last month, to protest
against the high profit margins on fruit and vegetables in
supermarkets. According to the union, these are harming
producers while raising the price for the consumer.
