A sequel to last month’s story on publicity hoardings, in which
Montauban was mistakenly described as a ‘small village’ (it is
of course the préfecture of the Tarn-et-Garonne):
On Wednesday March 14 at 6pm Pau university, as part of
their ‘Semaine de l’environnement’, is screening the
documentary ‘Montauban et les 400 Panneaux’ and a
presentation of ‘Paysages de France’.
This will be followed by a talk by
the writer Christian Jaquiau at 9pm on the
negative effects of supermarkets on the
countryside and the economy.
