Small food store with bakery and café. Restaurant. Camping site, plus 2 B&B.Lassay les Châteaux is at 6km with 3104 inhabitants. College for secondary education. All shops (2 bakes, butcher, shoes etc…). Restaurants: 3 or 4 of them, 2 large food stores. Hairdressers, bookshop, optician, doctor, electricians, plumbers, garages, banks, post office etc…Mayenne is at 20km, 220000 inhabitants. Name of the river + town. Very good market place on Saturdays + Mondays (plenty of milk food, organic food, fish etc… Colleges public + private for technical + education up to the baccalauréat. All other items + services. Accomodation: The house, built by mid XIX century was part of a farm and the various buildings were sold separately at different times. The place was acquired in the 70’s but we restored and reorganised it some 15 years ago for our retirement. Plans were unfortunately modified recently. Sewage systems, electricity + gas are in line with regulations. Now as trees had piece to develop, fruits are available and fences quite thick. Few flowers all year round.
