There is a productive vegetable garden, orchard (with a new foss septique) and patio area. 3 good size bedrooms downstairs and one covering the entire upstairs of one cottage, with a toilet and washbasin. The other upstairs is currently a hobby room, easily converted to other bedrooms. A bathroom with bath, shower and toilet is downstairs. The kitchen is located off the large (45m) living area. Facilities: Within 15kms are large lakes offering beaches, swimming and water sports. Limoges airport is 45 mins away, Poitiers 75mins and Bordeaux is less than 2 hours. Angouleme is about to open a regular service to Stanstead. Seaside resorts of Royan and La Rochelle are within 2 hours and Northern Spain less than 4 hours.
