Hi-tech body sculpting can put curves back in the right places,
as Carly-Jane Lock discovers

French intimate apparel label DIM has come a long way since its first lingerie line went on sale in 1975. Last winter, the Lyon-based underwear brand with all the bright ideas launched Osmose – a high-tech bra boasting all the benefits of the ‘bistouri’ (scalpel): a seamless satiny tulle-finished padded bra without underwiring for smooth Lara Croft curves.
DIM’s motto? Simplicity, natural femininity and comfort. DIM adopts the ‘morphing-wear’ philosophy, using innovative textile technology to develop fabrics which work in harmony with the body.
This spring, the French underwear label brings women affordable state-of-the-art bra-sculpting technology with its indulgent ‘smoothie’ range, which features a marshmallow-soft empire-style bra with underwiring.
The latest cleavage-enhancing addition (starting at e33) comes in classic black, white or candy pink with a barely-there lacy finish and no show-through (perfect under clingy clothes) for a beautifully smooth, rounded bust.
