Born in Scotland a certain number of years
ago, this ex-singing-star of Radio Scotland
and currently passionate line dancer reinvented
herself first as a book publishing
marketing person working alongside the
legendary Paul Hamlyn (who never got his
gong) and then as a boating journalist on
an epic 10-year Med cruise.
Wishing to go home but finding France in the way, she settled
here and reinvented herself yet again as an English teacher in
French primary schools – she is still the target of teenage
bisous in various supermarkets. At last, in this latest incarnation
(after having helped people solve their administration and
translating problems for years), she emerges as FNs
Citizens’ Advice columnist.
