 “My love for France and the French language began at the age of 11 with French lessons at school taught by the incredibly chic Mme Laurent. I arrived in Paris as a teen with high hopes for bi-lingualism and making a break in journalism. I instantly fell in love with the Parisian way of life. Needless to say I have become a real franchouillarde, where a world without French couture, cafés, film, theatre, gastronomy, fine wine and the taste for debate – not forgetting the dizzy heights of Paris fashion week – would be unthinkable. It’s a great honour to contribute to such a well-rounded and integrated paper. Vive French News!” |
