 Hervé Pacault playing dummy against Belgian champions, partnered by Serge Rouquillaud at the 2003 Biarritz Festival Seven times French champion in a range of competitions, his latest title dates from 2006. His best international performance was coming 13th at the 1986 World Championship Pairs in Miami with Henri Szwarc. Author of two books, ‘L’Entame Mortelle’ and ‘Le Tournoi par Paires’, he also runs the international bridge festival in Biarritz in July. He has contributed the bridge column in ‘Sud- Ouest Dimanche’ since 1973 as well as this one since 1995. |
